What is a “S Lesson / P Lesson”?
It is a general class that is conducted with textbooks prepared by instructor at the request of student.What is a “SP Lesson”?
This lesson is a lesson conducted at the student's special request.Instructors can prepare classes using textbooks requested by student or decide on textbooks by agreement.
For example,
- Curriculum-based lesson for international students (i.e. Science, Math)
- Intensive English lesson (Advanced writing and reading)
- Test-prep lesson for TOEIC or TOEFL
- In-depth lesson in various fields such as writing and proofreading college essay, personal statement, and resume

3. Lesson request

You can request lessons from the Lesson request page.
Select Step 1 ~ Step 3 and simply request the lesson you want.
If you want anything else, you can enter detail what you want or attach the image you want to learn.

5. Lesson start

Once the instructor has registered the Google meet link, it will be displayed on the lesson page.
When it's time for the lesson, you can participate in the lesson by pressing the lesson join button.
In the case of the instructor's noshow, please send the contents using the noshow report.
If the class is completed normally, click the class completion button and write a review of the instructor.

6. Compensation
In the event of a instructor cancel or noshow, compensation will be provided for the student's lesson. Compensation will be paid in accordance with the guidelines below.

- Cancellation 12 hours prior to start of lesson
- No compensation
- Cancellation between 12 hours to 1 hour prior to start of lesson

7. Lesson cancel penalty
In the event of a Student cancellation or noshow, Cancel penalty will be provided for the lesson. Cancel penalty will be paid in accordance with the guidelines below.
- Cancellation 12 hours prior to start of lesson
- No Penalty
- Cancellation between 12 hours to 1 hour prior to start of lesson
- 50% of lesson fee
- 1 hour before lesson starts ~ lesson time / noshow
- 100% of lesson fee
