Hi there, my name is Lucy. I am from England and have been teaching english online for five years. During this time, I have been able to teach people of all ages, both children and adults. I love learning and I love to teach and help others to reach and acheive their learning goals.
I like to make sure all my classes are fun and present a relaxed atmosphere so all students can learn in a stress-free environment. I always encourge students to talk about their interests and other topics they wish to discuss, as this will help them to gain more confidence when having conversations about daily life.
All classes will be enjoyable and flow naturally as I learn the specific needs of each student. No class will ever be rushed, all classes are taught at each students individual learning pace.

All of my teaching experience has been online and the majority of my classes have been teaching children. Some of the companies I have worked for in the past have required me to teach from provided material, whereas others have required that I create my own material. I prefer this method of teaching as it allows me to adapt lesson plans to each students individual needs.
During my time teaching I have gained my TESOL/TEFL certificate, as well as a Bachelors degree in Language Education. These have helped my to become a better teacher and to focus on the importance of teaching and how to meet the needs and learning goals of each student.
