I recently graduated from California State University Chico with my Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition Communications. I have spent the past year working with students and staff as a health and fitness mentor, in a program called FitU. This included conducting one on one counseling sessions with my clients and motivating clients to make healthy life changes are reach their wellness goals. I'm well versed in motivational interviewing and have top notch social skills. This Spring, I will be moving to Turin, Italy to work as an au pair. During my time there, I will be teaching beginner's English to my Italian family.
