Hello everyone! My name is Rosa. I am 32 years old. I lived in California for about 27 years and then moved to Japan. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies and I am TESOL certified. I have also been working as a tutor/teacher for 12 years. I have taught a variety of students from various backgrounds and varying ages. I consider myself a patient, calm, and friendly teacher, who will strive to see notable changes in the students I am teaching.

My hobbies are watching movies, going for walks, and cooking. The foods which I enjoy eating are Japanese, Mexican, Italian, and Chinese foods.

I worked for multiple tutoring companies in California for about 7 years at the beginning of my career. I mainly tutored migrant and/or special needs students. Later on, I moved to Japan to gain more experience and I began teaching business English to company employees in Shinjuku and many surrounding areas. I also have about 3 years of experience teaching English online. Furthermore, I am currently pursuing my master's degree in educational technology and instructional desgin.
