Starting in 2013 as a Retail Supervisor, I oversaw the daily operations of a retail store, managing staff and ensuring customer satisfaction.
From 2014 to 2015, I worked as a Call Center Agent, providing excellent customer service and handling inquiries from clients. From 2015 to 2016, I served as a Housekeeping Room Attendant, ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of hotel rooms.
From 2016 to 2019, I transitioned into the events industry as a Florist and Events Coordinator. I created beautiful floral arrangements and managed various events, from weddings to corporate events.
In 2019, I pivoted to become a Virtual Administrative and HR Support professional, providing assistance remotely to an online cosmetic and retailing industry. From 2020 to 2021, I became an Online ESL Tutor to Korean students, helping them improve their English language skills.
