Hello, there!

My name is Rohan! Thank you for taking the time to visit my page! I am a language instructor for U&I and this will be my first year working as a tutor. Even though this will be my first year, I have had experience teaching English through various jobs and social situations, whether it was helping out students who have English as a second language, or helping a variety of visitors from Japan whether they are University students or working professionals.

I’d like to extend some of this knowledge starting today. When in my class, you’ll have the opportunity to learn English according to your needs. Do you want to learn casual English? Talk about your hobbies, and interests? Things you really care about? I can help you. Conversations that can help advance your skills for casual conversation including phrases, you won’t usually experience in textbooks.

Do you want something more serious? To expand your vocabulary? Learn terms useful for business communication or simply improve grammar and vocabulary? I can help with that, too. With simple exercises that are designed to make the learning process simple and easy to understand.

As a learner of a new language myself, I understand how hard it can be when learning. But with a bit of luck and patience, anything is possible!

I am a TEFL/TESEOL graduate who has had experience in helping others improve their English skills. Through various language exchanges, I have been able to help University students and even working professionals from Japan. I have a Creative Writing degree and experience with English Literature from college, so I have experience with explaining conversational English in the style and pace of British English.
