Hello everyone! My name is Melissa but you can call me Mel. I am a university English teacher in Tokyo ,where I've been living for 3 years.

What I like the most about being a teacher is to see my students achieve their goals, and I'm here to help you with that.
I can teach you grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation, but the most important is practice. There's no better way to improve than trying to speak and express your ideas.
Don't worry! I'll guide you through the process.

I also really love art and music, and used it a lot in my lessons. I can offer lessons with an extended vocabulary related to these topics.

I started teaching in the UK to students from all over the world, of all ages. It gave me a strong awarness of cultural diversity and understanding.

Then I moved to Japan where I exclusively taught to Japanese students, adults and teenagers. I am currently teaching English at a university in Tokyo.

With these experiences, I got to teach many students of different nationalities, cultures, and English levels.
